How to Return an Item

1. In-Store Returns: You can return items directly to our store at Conn O Mara, Market Street, Clifden.

Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges on items of equal or greater value (difference to be paid if applicable). To process an exchange, please email exchanges@connomara.ie with your order details.

Lost or Damaged Items
